Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The position is ideal for a Junior-level professional with 1 to 3 years of work experience. This full-time role requires an individual with a strong aptitude for lead generation, salesforce CRM, and digital marketing strategies to support our business growth efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation, with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM to manage customer relationships and track sales activities efficiently.
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and close deals successfully.
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing for managing marketing campaigns and nurturing leads.
- Competence in conducting market research to understand market trends and competitor strategies.
- Proficient in digital marketing techniques to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.
- Ability to manage key accounts by building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Skilled in data analysis to interpret business data and inform strategic decision-making processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Procucev’s client base and market presence.
- Engage with prospective clients to provide information about our solutions and demonstrate value propositions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective business development strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital procurement sector.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track client interactions and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to achieve profitable sales outcomes.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and contribute to strategic planning activities.
