Procucev is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive - Tele Sales to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time, mid-level position requires professionals with 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will focus on tele sales, using exceptional communication and sales skills to drive business growth and contribute to the achievement of company's objectives.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in tele sales with a minimum of 4 years in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effectively conveying ideas and building strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue through effective tele calling (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in telemarketing with the capability to handle customer inquiries and pitching products or services.
  • Commitment to developing strong client relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in negotiation to close deals effectively with clients and handle objections smoothly.
  • Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new technologies and product offerings (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on self-motivation and proactive problem solving.

  • Conduct tele sales activities, reaching out to potential and existing clients to promote company products and solutions.
