Job Title: Sr SQL Server Developer

Job Description:

The SQL Server Developer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of SQL Server databases and applications. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience with SQL Server, as well as strong skills in data modelling, query optimization, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases and applications.

· Work with other developers to create and implement database-driven applications.

· Analyse and optimize SQL queries for performance.

· Create and maintain data reports.

· Troubleshoot and resolve database issues.

· Provide technical support to end users.

· Contribute to the overall success of the company by providing high-quality work and meeting deadlines.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.

· Strong skills in data modelling, query optimization, and reporting

· Experience with SQL Server development tools and technologies

· Work with the DevOps team to automate the deployment and maintenance of SQL Server databases and applications.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

· 5+ years of experience with SQL Server

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB or any other )

· Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Git, and TFS
