Job Code: JD2208102 Location: Chennai / Pune No. of Vacancies: 2 Experience: 7 to 12 years Qualification: Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Certification: CCNA / CCNP/ NSE Job Profile:  Primarily Responsible for the Network Operations & Support within SLAs  Should have experience in ticket handling and monitoring tools like Service now.  Work 24*7 Rotational shifts to support global customers Business Relationships:  Timely escalations and updates to the stakeholders on major incidents  Own, resolve and update the tickets assigned to the Network team in the ticketing systems.  Experience with network monitoring tools like Solar winds, Net Flow is a plus.  Provide hands-on technical support & understanding of troubleshooting in Routing & Switching & Firewalls Technical skills:  Routing and switching - LAN, WAN, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, etc.  Security solutions - VPN, SSL/TLS, IDS-IPS, firewalls  Core services - DHCP, DNS, AD, NTP, etc  Basic understanding of Public, Private, and Hybrid clouds (AWS, AWS, Azure, GCP).  Fortinet or Fortigate Firewall Competencies:  Excellent English communication skill (oral & written) is mandatory.  Demonstrated critical thinking, situational analysis and problem-solving skills, and mindset.  Ability to work independently and conduct self-research  Good inter-personnel skills, highly self-motivated, willing to learn and do more.
