About the Role:

We need a motivated Telesales / Sales Specialist. You will identify opportunities, follow up with clients, and ensure they are successfully onboarded.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients.

Follow up consistently to engage clients.

Maintain a comprehensive database of interactions.

Participate in the bidding process.

Support client onboarding and ensure smooth transitions.

Work closely with the BD Manager to refine strategies.

Required Skills:

1 year of Sales experience in Advertising Services preferred.

Strong proposal writing and bidding skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Ability to manage databases and ensure smooth onboarding.

Proactive and passionate about business development.
