A phygital clinic (Digital + Physical) for women, Proactive For Her, offers accessible, personalized, and confidential healthcare solutions for women's out-patient health concerns across life stages - from puberty to menopause 

Qualification: Any degree(12th +)

Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore

Experience: 1+ years( should have worked in IVF center as a receptionist or front desk staff)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and Assist Visitors: Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments, coordinate schedules, and ensure proper allocation of resources to optimize patient flow.
• Communication: Provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the customers and appropriate staff member
• Registration: Ensure accurate customer registration and assist with the completion of necessary forms and paperwork.
• Billing and Payments: Process payments, verify information, and assist with billing related inquiries.
• Customer Feedback: Actively engage in feedback collection, testimonials and google reviews
• Maintain Reception Area: Keep the reception area organized, and well stocked with necessary materials.
• Records: Maintain and update customer records in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Assist Staff: Provide administrative support to clinic staff as needed
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
