Key Responsibilities:

● Provide comprehensive dermatological consultations to patients, evaluating their conditions and recommending appropriate treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

● Offer in-depth consultations and accurate diagnoses at the clinic, ensuring all medical procedures are performed or supervised to the highest standards.

● Expertly handle a range of cosmetology procedures, including peels, PRP, electrocautery, needling, and other dermatological procedures while maintaining efficiency, safety, and professionalism.

● Collaborate closely with the clinic team fostering a supportive and cohesive working atmosphere.

● Maintain a strong foundation in both theoretical and clinical dermatology knowledge, staying updated of the latest developments and best practices.

● Demonstrate a thorough understanding of clinical practices and protocols, ensuring compliance and excellence in patient care.

● Effectively manage a diverse patient population, adapting to various needs and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.

● Drive patient conversion for treatment processes through excellent communication and personalized care plans

Remuneration: Compensation for this position is structured on a revenue share mode

Qualifications:

● Proven experience and expertise in performing advanced dermatological and cosmetic procedures.

● MBBS with a post graduate qualification in Dermatology (MD, DNB, DVD, DDV) from MCI recognized colleges.

● Exceptional theoretical and clinical knowledge, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

● Strong knowledge of clinical practices, protocols, and regulatory requirements.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse patient base.
