Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Pharma Sales Officer to join our team at PRM & Company. As a Pharma Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our quality healthcare products. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with medical professionals and retail pharmacies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Guwahati, Assam, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with medical professionals and retail pharmacies
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell PRM & Company's healthcare products to medical professionals and retail pharmacies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular visits and providing product information and support
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market penetration
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management
• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
