The world is entering a new era of Generative AI and Data Governance. Having the right technology guardrails are very critical for successful adoption of these technologies. Privacy Engineering and Responsible AI are going to be strategic in building these guardrails for AI to LLM to AGI. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with a proven track record in enhancing user experiences across diverse verticals, including cybersecurity and AI services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for devising product strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and creating design solutions that seamlessly integrate functionality and aesthetics. The candidate should have a deep understanding of user psychology, branding, and a strong proficiency in various design tools and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities.
• Should be able to create presentation document template as per brand guidelines.
• Help in creating marketing creatives as per event requirements.
• Should be able to help with video edits and help align them as per branding guidelines.
• Responsive Website Creation: Design and create responsive websites that ensure a consistent user experience across all devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
• Website Performance Optimization: Design websites focused on optimizing performance, ensuring fast loading times and efficient operation through image optimization and modern coding techniques.
• SEO-Friendly Website Design: Collaborate with the SEO team to design and develop websites that support search engine optimization, focusing on optimal content structure and SEO-friendly URL configurations.
• Experience in the cybersecurity and AI services domains (preferred).
• Knowledge of the latest design trends and technologies (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Identify gaps in existing products and services, generating innovative solutions through design thinking.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to redefine problem statements and contribute to the direction of the application.
• Work closely with developers, business, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, sitemaps, and individual screen flows for both applications and websites.
• Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Blender, Adobe XD, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and video editing enhances the candidate's skill set, familiarity with Adobe After Effects or similar tools would be a valuable addition.
• Conduct user experience and interaction research.
• Ability to create creative presentation, documentation and design arts as per branding guidelines.
• Execute marketing analysis for effective product positioning.
• Utilize empathy mapping, storyboarding, user flow, card slotting, and information architecture techniques.
• Plan and conduct usability testing to gather valuable feedback for iterative design improvements.
• Apply user psychology principles in design decisions.
• Develop and maintain branding strategies.
• Create adaptive designs for various platforms.
• Specialize in interaction design and prototyping.
• Produce high-quality digital illustrations.
