• Offer expert guidance on travel insurance, visa requirements, and necessary documentation.
• maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, negotiating competitive rates.
• provide excellent post-travel support , addressing feedback and resolving concerns.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in tourism or a related field is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of popular travel destinations and services.
• Familiarity with booking platforms and reservation system.
•  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
