Business Development Manager

Company: Leading business advisory firm having offices in India & Dubai 

Location: Kochi/Remote 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 7 to 15 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management roles, with a proven track record of success in the KPO industry and handling international clients.

Salary: Best in the industry

Requirements:

Strong understanding of KPO services, outsourcing trends, and global markets, preferably in Finance sector

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level executives and decision-makers.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.

Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, navigate client organizations, and close high-value deals.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of accountability and initiative.
