Assistant Manager - Warehouse

Location : Mala, Thrissur

Qualification : Graduate/Diploma

Experience : 4+ years

Salary : Up to 5 lacs per annum

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Ensure efficient and effective utilization of warehouse space
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies to optimize operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, including training and performance management
• Troubleshoot any issues or problems that arise in the warehouse operations
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall supply chain effectiveness
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations
