Job Title: Export Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to fill the role of Export Sales Manager. The primary responsibility of the Export Sales Manager is to travel to different countries and will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's presence in international markets.

2. Travel to different countries to identify potential customers and build relationships with existing clients.

3. Identify and enter new markets, establish sales channels, and build strong business relationships with partners and distributors.

4. Conduct market research & competitor analysis and to stay updated on industry trends and developments to understand the needs and preferences of customers in various regions.

5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.

6. Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless operations in international sales.

7. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.

8. Maintain accurate sales records and documentation, including customer profiles, sales activity reports, and pipeline management.

9. Stay updated on international trade regulations, customs requirements, and other relevant legalities.

10. Working towards Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Targets.


Job Requirements: -

  • Proven track record in international sales will be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of international markets, business cultures, and trade regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
