• Managing complete recruitment process, end to end recruitment from initial screening to selection, handling junior, Middle & Senior level positions
• Understanding the clients job description,
• sourcing candidates from various job portals and social sites.
• Generate references from cold calling and headhunting, if required.
• Taking initials telephonic interviews to check for suitability of candidates by interacting with candidates to understand the interest level for specific position, capabilities ,strength & limitations.
• Client co-ordination on various requirements with daily reporting,
• Maintaining database tracker, mass mailing, job postings.
• Try to maintain maximum level of transparency with candidates to avoid uncertain drop out.
• Pre & Post interview coordination with candidates and clients.
