Location – Goregaon, Mumbai
Notice Period - Immediate / 15 days

Skills –
- As a Key Account Manager, he would be building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients with exceptional service and driving business growth
a) Establish and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and aligning them with our services
b) Identify opportunities for revenue growth (cross sale and up sale)
c) Identify upselling opportunities
d) Take feedback from clients to enhance our services.
e) Handle concerns raised by key clients and maintain positive relationships.
f) Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales and Operations to ensure seamless service to clients.
g) Exp in wage and compliances in the security industry is mandatory
