We are hiring for Leading company in Mumbai
Position - HVAC VRF Salesperson
Qualification - Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Exp – 2 yrs. experience in HVAC sales, specifically with VRF systems.
Location – Mulund (W), Mumbai
Notice Period – Immediate joiner/ 15 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell VRF HVAC systems to commercial and residential customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, including cost estimates and project timelines.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and installation, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Skills –
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
