Position - HVAC VRF Salesperson

Qualification - Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Exp – 2 yrs. experience in HVAC sales, specifically with VRF systems.

Location – Mulund (W), Mumbai

Notice Period – Immediate joiner/ 15 days


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell VRF HVAC systems to commercial and residential customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, including cost estimates and project timelines.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and installation, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Skills –

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
