Position :- FMS Engineer L2

Qualification:- Any IT Graduate

Exp: 3 to 5 yrs.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Notice Period: Immediate/15 days

Working :- 6 days working

Responsibilities: 

• Must have excellent work experience on O365

• Should have worked on multi-functional devices (MFD) such as xerox machine cum printer cum scanner and should be able to do first level troubleshooting.

• Must be well versed with Video Call (VC) Conferencing specially MS teams and must have knowledge of various products of VC

• The engineer should be a Level 2 support person, which knowledge on Workstations and Network management (LAN, basic knowledge on Network Switches), WAN.

• The engineer will be expected to coordinate with ISP’s for leased line connectivity issues

• The engineer will be expected to coordinate with OEM’s for workstation / printer issues. 

• Should be knowledgeable in MS Office products, such as Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
