Position - Chief Finance Officer- Finance & Accounts

Qualification - Only Chartered Accountant

Exp – 15+ yrs. (Manufacturing company Experience Only)

Location – Ahmedabad – India 

NP – Immediate/15 days

(SAP Knowledge Compulsory)

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Lead the finance team to achieve financial objectives and targets.

2. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures.

3. Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

5. Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making.

6. Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements.

7. Lead fundraising efforts, including debt and equity financing.

8. Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing) to drive business growth.

10. Ensure financial risks are identified and mitigated

11. To prepare for IPO readiness

12. To maintain credit ratings & bank’s liasoning
