Ensure due diligence and title clearance of the land identified for acquisition is done on time wrt revenue record, documentation, litigation, development feasibility from legal perspective Notarise the MOU and handover to Executive - Legal for filing Create relevant documents for purchase of land (like MOU, Sale Deed, Agreement to sale, etc) based on terms & conditions finalised owner and provide to Leadership team Raise requisition for field survey & govt. demarcation to Liasoning department Registration of land documents and handover to Revenue team Give Public Notice in local newspaper intimating about purchase of land, post approval from Leadership team Requisition for name mutation after land document registration and handover to Revenue team for further processing Verify registered land documents & file Replying to and taking action on any notice or disturbance in title of our present land holdings i.e.keep an eye on the title of all our lands Preparation of letter, replies to the local authorities for sanctions/license/approvals. Attend CRM queries, etc. Defend cases through external advocate, Assist/follow-up external panel advocate in preparation of written statement, objection, counters etc. and update the court proceedings to management. Drafting and review of MOU, Joint Development Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sharing/Allocation Agreement, Construction Agreement, UDL Agreement, Tripartite Agreement, Sale Deed, Agreement of sale, cancellation agreement, etc.

Ensure that all cases are attended to on time with appropriate follow up and file updations as per exhibits   Provide proforma of agreement and loan files to S&M for every project and ensure resolution of bank queries for APF Assist finance dept for obtaining loan for various projects at any stage. Facilitate faster processing of bank loan.    Formation of common organisation to be completed within 4-6 months after completion of project and decision by management Preparation for final handing over of project to common organisation by way of conveyance within 4 months from the date of formation Advise company about latest laws, Acts, Amendments, Rules, regulations, Citations etc.
