Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire Sales for the given location. Strategies, Support and help execute distribution & BTL Activities
- Strategies Plan and Execute the distributor and Retailer network for the region and improve primary and secondary sales. Develop newer markets in the region
- Set and Exceed Targets for the region and team. Drive and Develop innovative schemes for the Distributors and Retailers.
- Leading Sales and Marketing of products in the assigned territory within the budgeted cost .and maintaining financial hygiene across the territory.
- Provide inputs to the Functional leadership teams on product, packaging & pricing decisions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support.
- Store visit, outlet visit And New store identification.
