Qualifications and Skills

• Junior level: 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a US-based environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Experience with sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards
• Ability to meet targets and quotas effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for US-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing methods
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential matches for specific roles
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, and making job offers
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Provide a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements

• Partial US shift - 4 pm IST to 12 am IST
• Fully remote
