Salary Maximum: $150,000.00

Bonus Description: $15,000.00 sign-on/relocation for a commitment of 3 years

Must-Haves:

1. Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
2. Current Pharmacist license to practice in the state required on hire.
3. One (1) year of previous hospital pharmacy experience

Nice-To-Haves:

1. 5+ years as pharmacist in a critical care hospital.
2. Experience as Lead or Leadership role.
