Candidate must be Diploma/B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering and must pass out in the year 2018 & 2020 respectively. Candidates who have successfully undergone TOT(Training of Trainers) in Rural Masson, Level-4 conducted by Construction Sector Skill Council of India are highly prefered. The candidarte who does not have the TOT certificatre shall be sponsored for the same by the company. The candidatre must have good personality with interpersonal skill,Teaching ability, willing to travell in rural areas, to stay in rural areas and well conversant with local languatge and must have leadership qulaiaty and to have skill to motivate the trainees under him. He/she must have the coordination skill with the line department in Block and District level.
