Roles and Responsibilities for Desktop support L1/L2/L3:
• Trouble shooting of all types of Hardware (Desktops, Laptops, & Printers), software applications (Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of OS, MS Office, Citrix, Cobian Backup, One stream & other tools).
• Installation and configuration of Windows based operating systems through SCCM / External device (Windows 10).
• Good experience in Installation, configuring & troubleshooting of Office 365, OneDrive.
• Installation and Managing of antivirus products.
• Taking / Monitoring Regular data backup, restoration of data & mail backup of MS outlook
