Job Overview

As a Recruiting Intern at Precisedtalent, you will be responsible for assisting the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various job positions. This is a full-time position based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. We are looking for a talented individual with less than 1 year of experience who is passionate about recruitment and eager to learn and grow in a professional recruitment agency.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on job portals
• Maintain candidate database and update recruitment software
• Participate in job fairs and career events to build a candidate pipeline
• Assist with reference checks and background screenings
• Support the recruitment team in administrative tasks as needed
