Designation: IT SALES EXECUTIVE /IT Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager

Job Location: Janakpuri, West Delhi

Salary: Salary depends on total experience & current salary

Experience – 2-5 Years

Responsibilities:

•             Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.

•             Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

•             Understand client needs and offer tailored IT solutions and services.

•             Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

•             Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to clients.

•             Stay updated on industry trends and developments to offer informed solutions.

•             Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

•             Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.

Qualifications:

•             Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (preferred).

•             Proven track record of 2 to 5 years in IT sales.

•             Strong understanding of IT products and services.

•             Knowledge of Digital Marketing Tools & Processes

•             Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•             Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.

•             Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•             Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

•             Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco) are a plus.
