Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Telecaller to join our team in Lucknow. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in phone etiquette and active listening, particularly in the automobile sector.

Qualifications and Skills

• Active listening with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively (Mandatory skill)
• Proficient in phone etiquette to handle calls professionally and courteously (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in the automobile industry, understanding various automotive products and services (Mandatory skill)
• Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively to customers

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
