Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Prayag Udyog Pvt. Ltd. This role is based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as a Telecaller or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of automobiles and automotive industry is a plus
• Experience with CRM software is preferred
• Ability to handle service calls and resolve customer issues
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Understanding of consumer behavior and business dynamics
• Confident and pleasant phone manner
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Hindi language
• Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and inform them about our products and services
• Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Identify and escalate customer complaints to the appropriate department
• Keep accurate records of conversations and customer details
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
