Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Motor Vehicle Loans Specialist. This role involves managing and facilitating the loan process for customers looking to finance the purchase of motor vehicles. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time position based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in automotive finance.
• Strong knowledge of loan servicing procedures and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and loan management software.
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and assess customer's eligibility for motor vehicle financing.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers in completing loan documentation.
• Evaluate and verify customer's financial information and creditworthiness.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to secure loan approvals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
• Monitor and track loan applications to ensure timely processing and disbursement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote motor vehicle financing options to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and update customer information in the database.
