Job Description:

We are looking for a Tele calling Executive to join our Visa Consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing post-service support, and generating potential leads for future business. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to offer guidance and instructions to clients, and the ability to convert inquiries into valuable business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Inquiry Handling:
  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls to address customer queries regarding visa services, application procedures, and requirements.
  • Provide Post-Service Support:
  • Offer clear instructions to clients after service delivery, ensuring they are well-informed about their visa application status, upcoming steps, and required documents.
  • Resolve Client Issues:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to visa services or application processes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and generate potential leads from existing customer interactions. Encourage satisfied clients to refer others or inquire about additional services.
  • Provide Expert Advice:
  • Guide clients on visa applications, document preparation, and the overall process to help them achieve successful outcomes.
  • Follow-Up:
  • Follow up with prospective clients to ensure they have all the information they need and continue to assist them throughout the application process.
  • Record Keeping:
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, including inquiries, issues, and generated leads in the CRM system.
  • Promote Services:
  • Provide information on additional visa services and educational consultancy options to potential leads and existing clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with the consultancy services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in tele calling, customer support, or lead generation (preferably in a visa consultancy or customer service role)
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to articulate information clearly
  • Ability to solve customer queries effectively and provide clear instructions for follow-up steps
  • Experience in lead generation and ability to convert inquiries into potential business
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Multilingual ability is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of visa processes and immigration services
  • Previous experience in lead generation and customer relationship management
