Job Overview

We are looking for a Post Enrolment Support Specialist at Pratham International Study Abroad. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have around 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience, playing a pivotal role in providing continued support to students after their enrolment to guarantee a smooth transition and successful educational experience abroad.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive experience, ranging from 4 to 6 years, in student support roles, particularly in international education or study abroad consultancies.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve complex student inquiries and issues with patience and efficiency, ensuring high levels of student satisfaction.
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of the educational landscape in Canada and other major international study destinations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and partner institutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in handling post-enrolment processes, including visa assistance, pre-departure briefings, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and student management software to maintain accurate records and communication history.
  • Empathy and cultural sensitivity to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive post-enrolment support services to students, ensuring their successful transition to international education.
  • Coordinate visa processes and ensure timely submission of necessary documents and information by the students.
  • Conduct pre-departure orientations and briefings to prepare students for cultural and educational experiences abroad.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for student queries regarding academic and non-academic concerns post-enrolment.
  • Facilitate accommodation arrangements and support students in settling into their new environments.
  • Collaborate continuously with academic partners and stakeholders to address and resolve student-related challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Monitor and assess student satisfaction to identify areas for improvement in support services.
