Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Business Development professional to join our team in Vadodara on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. The role demands a proactive approach to discover and develop opportunities in the education consultancy sector, driving growth and establishing strong market presence.
Overview:
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the visa consultancy industry. You will build strategic partnerships, foster client relationships, and contribute to driving business growth through proactive sales and account management. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of visa processes and regulations, along with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with both clients and internal teams.|
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the visa consultancy industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Present our services to potential clients and partners, ensuring that we clearly communicate our value proposition.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and new opportunities for business development.
- Assist in the creation and execution of business development strategies and campaigns.
- Achieve sales targets, track progress, and report on KPIs to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Support marketing efforts by contributing to lead generation and digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay informed about visa regulations and industry changes to provide expert advice to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the visa or travel industry.
- Strong understanding of visa processes and travel regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients and partners.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus, especially for engaging with international clients and markets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a visa agency or related company.
- Familiarity with international travel and visa regulations, as well as government consular processes.
- Experience in managing key accounts and partnerships.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
