Role Overview:

We are seeking a licensed psychologist with a critical eye for quality control and competitive analysis to help us refine and differentiate our mental health platform. Your role will be pivotal in analyzing competitor services, identifying gaps in the market, and ensuring the highest standards of therapeutic effectiveness and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis of mental health platforms (BetterHelp, Headspace, Wysa, VR therapy startups)

• Develop rigorous quality assessment frameworks for digital mental health services

• Evaluate therapeutic methodologies, user experience, and treatment outcomes across competing platforms

• Provide expert recommendations for improving our service quality and innovation

• Collaborate with AI and product development teams to translate insights into platform enhancements

• Assess the effectiveness of AI-powered therapeutic matching and AR/VR therapy approaches

• Create benchmarking reports on industry best practices and emerging trends

Qualifications:

• Doctoral or Master's degree in Clinical Psychology (PhD, PsyD, or MA/MS)

• Active state license to practice psychology in the United States

• Minimum 5-7 years of clinical experience

• Strong analytical and research skills

• Familiarity with digital mental health technologies

• Experience in comparative analysis and quality assessment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Licenses:

• Current state-issued psychology license

• Valid professional liability insurance

Additional Desired Skills:

• Experience with research methodologies

• Understanding of AI and VR technologies in mental health

• Background in innovation assessment and technology evaluation

Salary Range:

• Mid-Level Psychologist (Quality Control): $75,000 - $115,000 

(Deferred compensation structure with potential equity)

Compensation Structure:

• Base salary with deferred cash compensation

• Equity options

• Performance-based bonuses tied to funding milestones
