Designation: Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

Experience Required: 0-3 years

Salary: 16k-25k In-hand based upon experience + Travel Allowance + Hotel reimbursements (if traveling outstation)

Location: Haryana/Chandigarh/Patiala/Bathinda/Rudrapur/Uttarakhand

Shift: Day Shift (Flexible)

Working Days: 6 Days

Job Description:

• Fresher can apply if comfortable with field sales
• Must be from Doors & Windows, Building construction, Façade Industry, Plywood Industry, Paint Industry. (ONLY Male Candidate)
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements and Skills:

• Any Graduate can apply.
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Should have good communication Skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skill

Note: 1. Candidate should have his own Vehicle.

           2. Should be comfortable with field sales.

           3. Travel Allowance will be provided.
