Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recovery Agent to join our team at Pranav Creations Pvt Ltd. As a Recovery Agent, you will be responsible for recovering outstanding payments from customers and maintaining a healthy cash flow for the company. This is a junior role requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in collections or debt recovery.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in collections or debt recovery
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle difficult and sensitive conversations with customers
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Proficiency in using collection software and MS Office applications

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email, and in-person to recover outstanding payments
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers in financial distress
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely collections and resolve any payment disputes
• Maintain accurate records of payment collections and outstanding debts
• Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to escalate complex cases and take legal actions when necessary
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to prevent future delinquencies
• Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations related to debt recovery
