We are looking for a GEM/Tender Executive with at least three years of experience in Government E-Marketplace (GEM) and E-Procurement Portals. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and identifying business opportunities through government bids and tenders. The role involves updating product/service catalogs, preparing tender documents, submitting them within deadlines, and maintaining communication with relevant government departments.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage and drive sales through Government E-Marketplace and other E-Procurement platforms.  Update product/service catalogs, including specifications and prices on GEM portal.

 Prepare tender documents and submit them in specific formats within stipulated time.

 Handle various bid types (Bunch, Reverse, Custom, Normal) and coordinate with officials on tender progress.

 Manage high volumes of customer inquiries via GEM and act as a liaison with government agencies.

 Solve GEM queries from clients and work closely with OEMs.

 Daily MIS reporting, handle project execution updates, and report to Head of Department.

 Submit proposals professionally and in a timely manner.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Email, and communication skills.

 Ability to manage pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain effective communication.

 Strong understanding of marketing and sales functions with a keen interest in government tenders
