Admin Executive job description-
Job responsibilities include managing contracts and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers, organizing office operations and procedures, managing accounts and invoicing, coordinating with the IT department on all office equipment, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, assisting with new hire onboarding, carrying out the process of inbound/outbound calls and ROC filing.
Skills-
Knowledge of Office Administrator duties, systems, and processes, as well as proficiency in MS Office, are necessary for this position (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Practical knowledge of office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good Communication skills. Both Spoken and Written.
• Excellent time management skills and the capacity to multitask and priorities work.
Job description
· Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers

Requirements To Be Successful In This Role

Basic Admin duties
Making invoices
Monitoring dispatch department
Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
