Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items. Addressing clients’ uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time. Noting important details of each conversation.


Tele callers have responsibility to answer questions about products or the company. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed. Enter and update customer information in the database. Take and process orders in an accurate manner. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.

• Identifies prospects by reading telephone and zip code directories and other prepared listings.

• Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.

• Managing and Maintaining all the list of clients.

• Creating and sending email campaigns.

• Should be well versed with Internet Knowledge.

• Must have good spoken English.

• Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.

• Enter information into computers.

• Explain products or services in detail.
