Roles and Responsibilities:

 You should have extensive professional experience in the sales and marketing of solar or water pumps.  In charge of establishing the B2B section  Continual contact with the relevant government department  Strong interpersonal abilities and the ability to maintain relationships with public servants.  Must have experience with government-related solar pump project execution.  Keep all of your current clients and grow their sales volume.  Ensure that you develop new accounts and maintain existing ones to satisfy your region's sales goals.  Control all pre-bid processes for solar water pumps. Building strong, positive relationships with customers and keeping an eye on their customer profiles and new developments will ensure the retention of current sales.  Visiting and maintaining healthy relationships with approved consultants, bidders, vendors, and contractors will help you secure the project lead.  Meeting with authorised consultants and keeping up a positive relationship with them.  Constant updating of customer data, competitor data, management of the full region data, and its increased usage.  Coordination for proposing a beneficial boq to convert the lead into order.  Sales and prompt service follow-up for clients.  Offer all technical assistance to clients placing bids on any tender with Amrut Pumps.  Managing all requests and questions relating to solar pumps and motors by sending quotes, visiting clients, engaging in technological and commercial negotiations, etc.  To ensure the effective completion of all current orders, including order negotiations, finalisation, and booking, production, ppc, and shipment planning, as well as coordination with the branch about receiving and customer billing.  Weekly 10 to 15 visits expected.  In order to resolve any quality or supply-related issues brought up by customers, it is important to coordinate with the accounts department.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Candidates with Graduation in B.Tech or B.E. in any stream.  MBA/ PGDM is an added advantage.  Knowledge and proficiency in the vernacular language
