Position: Freelance HR Manager - Remote
Location: Work from Anywhere in India

Experience: 3+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback
- Design and implement training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Create and maintain employee engagement initiatives
- Handle exit interviews and offboarding processes
- Provide HR metrics and analytics reports to management
- Develop and manage HR budget
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in HR/Personnel Management
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Experience with remote team management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Salary Range: (one month unpaid role)
- Upto 7LPA (based on experience and expertise)
