Role Overview:
We're seeking a Strategic Investor & Board Member to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will bring both investment capability and strategic guidance to help scale our innovative talent solutions platform. This role offers an opportunity to shape the future of psychology-driven talent management while generating significant returns on investment.
Investment Requirement:
- Minimum investment: 1 Crore - 4 crore
- Equity offering: 7 - 30% (Negotiable based on value addition)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction for company growth and expansion
- Participate in quarterly board meetings and monthly strategic reviews
- Guide fundraising strategies and investor relations
- Leverage network for business development and partnerships
- Mentor the leadership team on scaling operations
- Oversee financial performance and governance
- Support market expansion initiatives
- Guide technology integration and digital transformation
Required Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM from Tier-1 B-schools (IIMs, ISB, XLRI) or equivalent international institutions
- Additional qualification in Psychology/HR/Organizational Behavior preferred
- CA/CFA certification is a plus
Experience:
- 15+ years of senior management experience
- Proven track record of successful investments in HR Tech/Services
- Previous board member experience in growth-stage companies
- Experience in scaling businesses from 1cr to 50cr+ revenue
- Strong network in the HR/Recruitment/Training industry
- Experience in fundraising and M&A activities
