Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sr Sales Executive for a Full-Time position at our Andheri location. As a Mid-Level professional, you will leverage up to 6 years of experience to drive sales and build customer relationships within the fitness industry. You will play a critical role in promoting our products, and your contributions will be vital to spreading our mission of health and wellness.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in customer relationship management, focusing on building and maintaining long-term client partnerships (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in travelling and fieldwork, showcasing adaptability to various sales environments (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in the fitness industry, specifically dealing with electrical appliances (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven ability to use CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot to streamline sales processes and enhance customer engagement.
  • Skilled in delivering compelling sales presentations and pitches that effectively communicate product value propositions.
  • Strong lead generation and prospecting skills, able to identify and cultivate potential opportunities for business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate strong customer interactions and team collaborations.
  • Analytical mindset to assess sales strategies, market trends, and competitive landscapes to drive decision-making.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets in the assigned territory.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively showcase our offerings and capabilities.
  • Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities with potential clients in the fitness industry.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position Powermax as a preferred brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management review.
