Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Executive to join our team at Powermax Fitness India Pvt. Ltd., located in Andheri. This junior-level, full-time position requires candidates with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales. The role is ideal for individuals who are eager to contribute to our mission by driving sales and expanding our market presence in the wellness and fitness services industry. Considerable travelling may be required as part of this position to engage effectively with potential clients and expand sales territories.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience with lead generation and business development, demonstrating the ability to identify potential clients and close deals effectively.
- Ability to effectively perform field work, engaging with clients and prospects to maximize sales opportunities (Mandatory skill).
- Experience using CRM Software to track and manage client interactions and sales data, enhancing customer relationship management.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully handling client objections and closing sales for optimal outcomes.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques to support sales strategies and enhance brand visibility in the market.
- Hands-on experience with cold calling, demonstrating the ability to reach out to potential clients and generate new sales leads.
- Analytical skills, including data analysis capabilities, to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage and persuade clients as well as convey key product information.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base in the wellness sector.
- Conduct field work by visiting potential clients, establishing rapport, and understanding their fitness equipment needs.
- Develop strategic business plans and initiatives to drive growth, including expanding into new markets and identifying potential partnerships.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) software to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to secure favorable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Leverage digital marketing strategies to promote Powermax Fitness products and drive sales growth.
- Make cold calls to prospective clients, introducing Powermax Fitness offerings and generating interest and leads.
- Perform data analysis to monitor sales performance, identify market trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve predefined sales targets and objectives, contributing to overall company success.
