Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Civil Aviation recruitment. Your responsibilities will include:

Profile:

Requirement gathering and gap analysis.

Interaction with clients to understand business processes and functionalities.

Preparation of business requirement documents and functional specification documents.

Responding to functional requirements in RFPs (Request for Proposals).

Coordination with the development team for functional clarifications and product development.

Functional testing of modules delivered by the technical team.

Development Coordination:

Maintain cordial coordination with the development team to implement desired system modifications efficiently.

Keep track of changing business needs, enabling proactive changes to the system during development or later stages.

Project delivery tracking and continual monitoring of project progress.

Problem resolution to ensure project efficiency.

Key Skills and Specialties:

Wireframing, project coordination, SDLC, and team management.

Knowledge of project management tools and Agile methodologies.

Hands-on experience in documentation (BRD, FRD, MoM, UAT).

Familiarity with Agile methodology, Scrum, flowcharts, JIRA, grooming, and backlog creation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business analysis in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for learning.
