Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Sorter to join our team at Popees Baby Care Products Private Limited. As a Sorter, you will be responsible for carefully sorting and organizing various baby care products based on specific criteria. This is a full-time position based in Malappuram, Kerala, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Junior level candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining records and using inventory systems.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry moderately heavy packages.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Reliable and punctual.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Sort and organize baby care products according to specific criteria, such as size, color, and brand.
• Inspect products for any defects or damages and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure that the sorting area is clean and organized at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of sorted products and update inventory systems as needed.
• Assist in packing and preparing products for shipping.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
