Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Embroidery Operator to join our team at Popees Baby Care Products Private Limited. As an Embroidery Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines to create high-quality embroidered designs on various garments and textiles. This is a full-time position based in Malappuram, Kerala, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as an Embroidery Operator
• Proficient in operating embroidery machines and understanding their functions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Knowledge of different types of threads, needles, and materials used in embroidery
• Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate embroidery machines according to specifications
• Select appropriate threads, needles, and materials for each design
• Load and unload garments onto the machine
• Monitor machine operation to ensure correct stitching and quality
• Inspect finished products for defects and correct any issues
• Maintain machine cleanliness and perform regular maintenance
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure accurate design execution
