Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of proven success in sales management, particularly within the construction sector. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team, driving revenue growth, and cultivating strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry, leveraging existing networks and creating new relationships.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve company objectives.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports to inform decision-making and improve sales strategies.
Budget Management: Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize profitability.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the construction industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
