Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of insurance products and services, with a proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets. As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, selling insurance policies, and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Development:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
  • Present and explain insurance products and services to clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance policies, helping clients make informed decisions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to address any concerns or additional needs.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the insurance industry.
  • Utilize market insights to identify opportunities for new business and product offerings.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and policy documents to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy details.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve collective goals and enhance overall performance.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance sales are advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales or a related field.


  • Skills:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products and services.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
