We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager to join our team and enhance our client relationships, manage post-sale activities, and assist with loan recovery.
Job Summary: The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle. This role involves managing post-sale activities, resolving client issues, facilitating after-sales support, and handling loan recovery processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, sales support, and financial recovery, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Coordinate with project managers and other internal teams to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Post-Sale Support:
- Manage after-sales support activities, including addressing any defects or issues with completed projects.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of post-sale issues to maintain client satisfaction and uphold company reputation.
- Loan Recovery:
- Oversee and manage the loan recovery process for clients, including coordinating with financial institutions and ensuring timely payments.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective loan recovery while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Monitor and report on loan recovery progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Customer Feedback and Improvement:
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services.
- Work with internal teams to implement changes based on customer feedback and enhance overall customer experience.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, post-sale issues, and loan recovery status.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, sales support, or a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of loan recovery processes and financial management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in post-sale customer support and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with construction industry standards and practices.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects related to loan recovery.
