Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Vice Principal at Podar Education Network. As a Vice Principal, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our educational institution. This is a senior-level position, requiring 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The job location for this role is Belagavi, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time employment opportunity.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate
  • Strong administrative skills to effectively manage the school
  • Experience in team management and collaboration
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
  • Prior experience as a Vice Principal or similar role preferred
  • Master's degree in Education or relevant field
  • B.ed qualification is required
  • Experience as an Academic Coordinator is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist the Principal in managing the overall administration of the school
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations and adherence to school policies
  • Manage and supervise teaching and non-teaching staff
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement educational programs
  • Monitor student performance and provide guidance and support to improve outcomes
  • Coordinate with parents and stakeholders to address concerns and maintain positive relationships
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss goals, strategies, and challenges
  • Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and committees
  • Maintain records and prepare reports as required
  • Stay updated with education policies, regulations, and best practices
